Clear Channel is the first provider of out-of-home advertising to allow WEMF auditing of its digital campaign displays.
Since November, the sector has had a hard currency for digital out-of-home campaigns available in the form of SPR+. Now Clear Channel is taking a further step forward with WEMF: a DOOH audit will provide customers with independent certification of the implementation of their digital campaigns. This is an acknowledgement by WEMF of the continual expansion of DOOH and the fact that the advertising market needs more information about it.
The innovative new product has been successfully tested. In combination with on-site monitoring, it will reliably validate the DOOH figures from the order confirmation and the tools of the individual provider so that customers can have confidence in their investments. Clear Channel is the first out-of-home advertiser to include the audit as standard in its products.
Digital out-of-home is set to expand rapidly in the coming years. Clear Channel continues to develop its position as a leading digital innovator. This includes the use of reliable, intelligent systems for location partners and the advertising market.
«Fair business practice is a key issue for us. This audit meets a need in the market and is going to become even more important in the future due to the rise of programmatic buying.»
