Starting in 2022, Clear Channel’s expanded Digital Convenience Network will offer some of the most attractive OOH services at the point of sale and in the retail environment.
The Digital Convenience Network’s success story continues. After last year’s rapid expansion of digital screens, now at 210 Coop Pronto shops, the network is recording growth of 20%. Designed for DOOH campaigns, the network will further expand its reach in 2022. The Digital Convenience Network, now primarily installed in Coop Pronto shops attached to petrol stations, will grow to incorporate highly frequented central locations in major Swiss metropolitan areas.
In terms of price to performance ratio this will result in national DOOH services without peer within the Swiss DOOH market. For instance, Clear Channel will achieve an inventory market share of over 60% in the Coop channel by 2022.
And with prospective inventory shifts (due to the high frequency of tenders, which are typical for out-of-home operations), Clear Channel remains the unrivalled number 1 for classic out-of-home advertising at the POS.Clear Channel is the premium provider in the POS and retail field. From 2022 advertisers will be able to choose from 250 digital screens in the convenience sector, as well as 118 screens and more than 4,500 classic poster panels in the retail sector. This range of services is complemented by popular digital advertising spaces in well-known shopping areas such as Bahnhofstrasse Zurich, the Quartier du Flon in Lausanne and the Piazza Grande in Locarno.
