The outdoor advertising marketer was able to win the majority of the tender issued by the Real Estate Administration of the City of Zurich. From 1 February 2022, 216 new billboards will complement Clear Channel’s advertising portfolio. This consolidates the marketer’s position as the first port of call for outdoor advertising in Switzerland’s most important economic region.
The acquired advertising spaces are in highly frequented and attractive locations, such as the two megaposters at the main exit into ShopVille directly at Bahnhofplatz, as well as two additional F200 scrollers in equally prominent spots near Zurich’s main station.
Other classic poster formats like F12, F24 and F4 are distributed throughout the city. From Aargauerstrasse to Zollikerstrasse, the new locations complement Clear Channel’s existing offerings in Zurich. The winning bid also includes the megaposter at Central square, which will be added to the company’s portfolio in February 2022 and can already be booked.

Beginning in February 2022, Clear Channel’s advertising portfolio in Zurich will be comprised of 2,300 billboards, 27 illuminated rotating columns, 4 megaposters and 130 screens, which can also be booked for campaigns. Highlights include the advertising spaces on Bahnhofstrasse and the megaposter on Bahnhofplatz.
